Some hams are too polite

Read THIS.

So you order and pay for an amplifier. And seven months later, still no sign of your amp that was supposed to be in stock. Yet still give a 2/5 review? Some hams are just too polite. The emails on the subject are nice reading too. I’d go crazy if I paid for an amplifier that does not come after waiting so long! When saying “crazy” I’m polite too.

I’ve come across other stories about manufacturers of amplifiers. ON4WW had one amplifier story too. Mark does not mention the brand of the amp. How polite of him. So we just have to guess right?

QSL on the former equipment. I hope you enjoy it! My alternative for it (MFJ-998) made me happy with lots of new ones on 160m last winter.
Yes the ACOM 1000 is a super amplifier. And easy to tune, as demonstrated in your nice movie.
I also use the push button as a PTT. I prefer that over a footswitch.
